  1.  Covenant Infraction Process

    1. A spreadsheet has been created for tracking covenant infractions.

    2. Process will be to make verbal/in person contact first and follow up with a letter if needed.

  2. Essential Board Functions

    1. Essential board functions have been decided.

    2. Will attempt to get multiple quotes but it may be difficult given the size of our neighborhood.

    3. Email will be sent about if there would need to be an increase in HOA dues if a property management company was hired.

  3. Monthly Financial Review

    1. Year to date fees received - $14,630

    2. YTD Expenditures - $849
