Agenda Items

  1. New Board Member

    1. Maurice Monroe was voted in as a board member

  2. Board Member Positions

    1. There are board member positions are open and need to be filled

    2. Email will be sent out to ask people to apply for board positions.

    3. It may be necessary to higher a property management company if there are not enough board members

  3. July Meeting

    1. Erin will be in change of coordinating the next board meeting

  4. Front Entrance Maintenance

    1. New maintenance company for front entrance.

    2. $120 of month versus $400 a month

    3. Planting and materials will be extra

    4. Lights at front are on backorder

  5. Pot Hole (Glen Rose and Oak Stand)

    1. County will be contacted about issue

  6. Vice President

    1. Lindsey will no longer be a property owner as of June 15th

    2. A new person needs to be found for taking ownership of her responsibilities

    3. Maurice might have someone that is able to fill the position

    4. Lindsey has agreed to continue to assist with HOA responsibilities but cannot be a board member
