Now that the warm weather has arrived and everything is growing, remember to groom your lawn on a regular basis. At a minimum please mow the lawn and keep the weeds under control. Owners who rent their homes are ultimately responsible for this maintenance if the renter neglects the yard.
Please pay special attention to the following items:
Mold or mildew on the siding of your home
Fences that are in need of repair (missing/broken slats, leaning fences, etc.)
Mailboxes that are in need of repair or refresh
Removal of trash or other similar items that are visible from the road
Parking in the yard/beside paved driveway or in the street
Please ensure that all maintenance items have been resolved by July 1st.
The HOA Board will send one warning letter to an owner (unless you have been warned before in which case you may be fined with the warning letter ) who appears to be neglecting their yard.
The appearance of our properties impacts the value of our homes and whether you or your neighbor decides to sell a home this year, we all benefit from strong home values.
