Reviewed current committees and board member responsibilities.
Neighborhood Watch Committee will be opened for applications.
Fences
Chain link fencing is not allowed.
Fencing in the front of the home is not approved.
Wood fencing is allowed up to the front corners of the home provided it is within height regulations as stated in the covenant.
An Architectural Review Application must be submitted and approved.
Accounting/Taxes
Accounting has been completed through December 2018.
Dead Pine Tree at Entrance
Resident of the home has been contacted by the Board and Richland County Ombudsman’s office.
Resident has been informed that she will be responsible for all costs associated with removal and damages.
The Board procured a quote to have the tree removed and offered to help with payment.
The offer was refused by the resident.
Past Due Notices
Past due notices will be sent.
If payment is not made by July 1st a lien will be placed on the home.
Homeowner will be responsible for all fees associated with placement of lien.
Summer Bash
Summer Bash will be hosted at HOA President’s home on June 23rd.
Temporary Toilet
Construction company will be contacted about removal of the toilet.
Yard of the Season
Yard of the Season will be judged on May 15th by the Board.
