Summer Bash
Pool has been prepared.
Toys have been purchased.
Bounce house and slide have been purchased.
Doza Rizen may not be able to cater.
Jersey Mike’s and pizza have been selected as backups.
Yard of the Season
Gift cards will be purchased for the Spring winners.
Summer judging will be postponed until August.
Front Entrance
Digital signage will cost up to $4,000.00. Felt board will be less than $400.
Insurance will need to be updated if the digital signage is installed.
Digital signage would come with a 3-year warranty.
Cameras will need to be installed before getting digital signage.
A felt board will be purchased in the meantime.
Cameras
Quote for cameras will need to be obtained.
Internet connection will need to be installed at the front entrance so that footage can be recorded.
Solicitation
Multiple complaints have been received about solicitation.
Residents will need signage at the front entrance of the some stating that they do not want solicitation.
Per Richland County, provided that a business representative has business license and offers services in the local area they can visit homes because they are not considered solicitors.
Board will research if there are any requirements for size/shape for no solicitation signs.
Action Items
Research requirements for No Solicitation signage.
Obtain pricing for cameras for the front entrance.
